Day 1 Fes – Middle atlas – Ifrane – Monkey Area – Ziz Valley - Merzouga Desert Dunes.

Meet your driver/guide at your accommodation at 8 AM to start your 3 days adventure tour towards the Merzouga desert; we will get out of the hustle of Fes for a silent desert trip towards the great dunes of the Sahara, along the way we will appreciate enchanting and various landscapes. Through a mountain road we will reach the city of Ifran, a delightful place characterized by an Afro-alpine climate; the forests of fir and cedar scent the air. Not far from Ifran, we will stop at the cedar forest in Azrou to meet the Barbary apes, and then, we continue towards Midelt and Errachidia; the plateau at the foot of the Chain of the Middle Atlas is arid and rocky, the vegetation is scarce and changes as we approach the desert. A luxuriant palm grove hides the patches of cultivated land near the Ziz river, while at the horizon there are impressive dunes that are tinged with orange when the sun goes down. Overnight in Hotel at foot of the sand dunes.

Day 2 Merzouga Desert Tour - Tour of Erg Chebbi – Berber Family

After admiring a beautiful sunrise on the dunes, you will return to Merzouga with dromedaries (or jeep), and you can have breakfast and a shower (if you book a luxury desert tour you will spend a night in luxury desert camp and you have dinner, breakfast and shower in your tent). Then, a full day will be dedicated to the discovery of the region of Merzouga with the Erg tour: we will explore the natural fossils of the desert, the village of Tissrdmin where many films were shooting the black desert with its volcanic stones including a visit to a nomad family. We will then visit the town of Khamlia, famous for its inhabitants from Black Africa, we will enjoy a moments listening to their music Gnawa. Returning to Merzouga, you can enjoy the peace of the desert waiting to leave for a camel trek on the splendid golden dunes about an hour and a half  to assist to a lifetime sunset over the sand dunes, and then, continue to reach the desert camp, where you will spend a romantic night under the starry sky (Alternatively, is possible to reach the desert camp in 4x4  instead of in dromedary). Accommodation dinner and overnight in a desert camp.

Day 3 Merzouga Desert dunes – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorge

After breakfast departure for Erfoud, where we will stop to admire the processing of fossils, after a short visit we will continue towards Todra Gorges, incredible gorges carved in the mountain, over 300 meters high. Walk through the gorges and after lunch in local restaurant, we will drive through the Dades Valley, called the valley of a thousand kasbahs due to the numerous buildings typical of this region, in mud and straw, which served as fortresses to protect the inhabitants from raiding attacks. Arrival in the Dades gorges, visit the canyons and then accommodation in the hotel. Overnight and dinner at the hotel.

Day 4 Dades Gorge - Roses valley - kasbah Amridil – Ouarzazate – Kasbah ait Benhaddou – the High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

Breakfast in Riad, then meet your driver/guide for a new journey unlike others, a full day dedicated to explore a unique building in southern Morocco, we will drive through the road of thousand kasbah, In this route you will see how the landscape changing as you go through it little by little, going from green valleys to red ocher zones. We will stop in rose’s valley a town known for cultivating a unique species of rose with extraordinary fragrance. Here we make a stop to take pictures, have a drink or whatever you want. Then, follow the route of the Kasbahs, in the south of the High Atlas, is a tour of some citadels built with crude earth (Mud) together with its walled towers and ornaments with geometric motifs. Fortified Kasbahs considered a Berber art monument, and they are unique in the world. Kasbahs; located in a junction between the desert and the mountain, where the landscape is full of contrast between red and other colors, high luminosity and silence. After the rose valley we will reach the kasbah amridil. (The beautiful Kasbah Amridil lies in the Skoura oasis, inside a beautiful palm tree near the riverbed. Perfectly preserved and restored is perhaps the first Kasbah you should visit. There are numerous artifacts used in it when it was still inhabited). visit another world heritage site, Kasbah Taourirt, which was once the home of the Glaoui pachas. If you want you can also visit the famous film studios of Ouarzazate, the largest in Africa. Ouarzazate is, in fact, also defined as African Hollywood. Then you continue to Marrakech through the high Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n'Tichka pass, at an altitude of 2260 meters. Along the very scenic road to reach Marrakech, we will be able to see breathtaking views and numerous Berber villages clinging to the mountains, arrival in Marrakech at the end of the afternoon, Accommodation in Riad inside the medina, free dinner and overnight stay in a Riad. .
