Arrival in Marrakech – Welcome to the Red City

Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your private driver and escorted to your luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city. After check-in, take some time to unwind or explore the surroundings of your elegant riad or hotel.

In the early evening, head to the legendary Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, where snake charmers, musicians, and food stalls create an atmosphere buzzing with energy. As the sun sets, enjoy a gourmet dinner at one of Marrakech’s renowned restaurants, sampling Moroccan delicacies in a refined setting.

Marrakech – Historical Landmarks and Majorelle Gardens

We begin the day with a hearty Moroccan breakfast, followed by a private guided tour of Marrakech’s historic treasures. Our first stop is the opulent Bahia Palace, with its intricate tilework and lush courtyards. We then visit the Saadian Tombs and admire the architecture of the Koutoubia Mosque.

In the afternoon, explore the enchanting Majorelle Garden, a tranquil oasis of exotic plants and cobalt-blue accents once owned by Yves Saint Laurent. You’ll also visit the Yves Saint Laurent Museum nearby.

Dinner tonight is served in a refined riad or at one of the city’s fine-dining establishments, offering panoramic medina views.

Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, depart Marrakech and head southeast into the High Atlas Mountains. The scenic drive takes us through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, North Africa’s highest at 2,260 meters. We stop for panoramic views and explore Berber villages along the way.

We continue to Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar famous for its mudbrick architecture and film appearances. After exploring the village, we head to Ouarzazate for check-in at a luxury kasbah-style hotel and a relaxing evening.

Ouarzazate – Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga – Desert Camp

After breakfast, travel through the Dades Valley, stopping for photos at the “Monkey Fingers” rock formations. Continue to Todra Gorge, where you’ll walk beneath cliffs rising up to 300 meters.

After lunch near Erfoud, we reach Merzouga and mount camels for a sunset trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Upon arrival at the luxury desert camp, you’re greeted with mint tea and a traditional welcome.

Enjoy a candlelit dinner under the stars followed by Berber music around the campfire.

Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Fes

Wake early for sunrise over the dunes, then enjoy breakfast at camp before riding camels back to Merzouga. En route to Fes, visit Rissani’s bustling souk, then drive through the Ziz Valley and cedar forests near Midelt.

Arrive in Fes by evening and check into a beautifully restored riad or palace for a restful night.

Fes – Exploring the Cultural Capital

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day private guided tour of Fes. Highlights include the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University, the ancient medina of Fes El Bali, the Chouara Tannery, and the Blue Gate.

After lunch overlooking the medina, you can opt for a relaxing hammam or continue exploring the royal palace and artisan quarters.

After lunch, travel west to the breezy coastal town of Essaouira. Arrive in time for a seafood dinner and sunset by the ocean.
